Where is my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email update from our website noting shipping and tracking information with your individual postal tracking reference. This reference can be used to track the progress of your parcel with the chosen courier directly. If for any reason your tracking reference is not showing details on your parcel as expected, please email orders@amethystwiredesigns.com and we will respond Monday to Friday within 24 hours.
Can I get my bespoke ring resized?
Here at amethyst Wire Designs we cannot offer resizing. For further advice, please email orders@amethystwiredesigns.com and we will respond Monday to Friday within 24 hours.
How do I alter or cancel my order?
On the occasion that you wish to cancel or alter your order, please contact our Customer Service Team by emailing orders@amethystwiredesigns.com and we will respond Monday to Friday within 24 hours. . Please note dispatched orders cannot be altered or cancelled and will need to be returned via our returns process. Please also note once bespoke artisan items go into production, these will incur a deposit loss.
When will my order Arrive?
Your estimated delivery date will be shown on your tracking / dispatch email. If you opted for standard delivery, your order will be delivered within 4 working days once the items is finished and made.
What if I am having Issues Ordering online?
