Returns Policy 

Custom Items

  • Custom items unfortunately cannot be refunded unless arrived damaged.

  • Damaged custom items must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the orders.

  • The sizing of custom items remains the sole responsibility of the customer and items will be made to the size you requested. 

Non-Custom Orders:

  • We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 7 days after receipt of your item to request a refund and return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You will need to email orders@amethystwiredesigns.com to notify of your return.

  • You will need to send the item signed for as proof of delivery and it is your responsibility to pay for and ensure delivery has been received.

  • Once we receive the item, we will notify you by email and inspect for damage etc.

  • Once we are satisfied you have complied with our terms of service for return of goods, we will refund you the amount, minus postage and minus a £3.50 administration fee.

  • Refunds are made through the payment method you paid with, and are subject to banking refunds timescales.

  • Items not notified for return will not be accepted.

    Damages and Issues

  • Once you receive your item, you have 48 hours to inspect for damage or report any issues.

  • We require a picture of the damage or description / picture of the issue emailing to orders@amethystwirededesigns.com

  • Once we have inspected the damage, we may asked for a video call with you to understand the issue and enable a consultation for the resolution of the issue.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom items, personalised products and made-to-order items.

  • Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have.

  • Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for any new items you like.

 European Union 14 day cooling off period

  • If our products are being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

  • As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
